10 : Squat Thrusters @ bodyweight

20 : Single Count Alternating Mountain Climbers @ bodyweight

10 : Bilateral Romanian Deadlifts @ 20 lbs / 35 lbs x 2

20 : Alternating Goblet Lateral Lunges @ 20 lbs / 35 lbs

UPPER/CORE CIRCUIT : 3 X

10 : Alternating Renegade Rows @ 20 lbs / 30 lbs x 2

20 : Alternating Standing Push Press @ 20 lbs / 30 lbs x 2

10 : Overhead Lat Pulls @ 20 lbs (legs extend as arms go overhead)

20 : Alternating Russian Twists @ 20 lbs / 30 lbs
