Chloe Wright (she/her) does not come to play games. She comes to light a fire in YOU (and under your ass). To show you what you are capable of, to shine a light on the strength you already have and help you grow beyond your f*ckin comfort zone.
She is fierce and full of (tough) love.
With over 8 years of training experience, Chloe is a 200hr RYT, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Lagree Fitness Instructor (to name a few**) and Registered Nurse in NYC. She has worked with clients of all ages and abilities… from people wanting to safely lift heavy shit and others who just want to move better. Chloe Sinclair specializes in lean muscle development, HIT/HVT, core strength and endurance training. She creates a space for everyone and believes training is for life, not for injury or aesthetic. That’s bullshit. Working out should be realistic, accessible and hell… it should be fun. Although sometimes, “it’s going to feel like your ass will fall right off.” It won’t, or you can have your money back, guaranteed.
