LIFT AF
WTF? Circuit-style, strength training classes with personal trainer & HBIC of FIT AF STUDIO. Each 4-part series has a specific focus, though all workouts are full-body AF. All classes are approximately 50 minutes long. Lift at home, at work, anywhere you can get $h*t done.
Recommended tools: Two medium dumbbells, a heavy kettlebell, gliders (something to slide), and a short band.
MOVE AF
WTF? Move AF classes are about 30 minutes. Quick & dirty & LIT AF.
Mobility-focused with some strength workouts too. You may be short on time, but we gonna get in the work. Minimal equipment is required. Gliders, bands, and two medium dumbbells are frequently used.
