10 : Goblet Split Squats @ 8 kg / 16 kg

10 : Bottom Loaded Bulgarian Split Squats @ 8 kg / 16 kg

10 : Curtsy Lunge + Single Leg Deadlift @ 8 kg / 16 kg

AFTER EACH ROUND R/L : 20 BANDED Glute Bridges + 20 BANDED Abductions (from glute bridge)

UPPER/CORE CIRCUIT : 3 X

(Parter 1 completes one round R/L, Parter 2 holds SIDE forearm plank on corresponding side)

10 : Single Arm Chest Press (with opposite leg extended) @ 8 kg / 16 kg

10 : Single Arm Long Lunge Row @ 8 kg / 16 kg
