10 : Racked Split Squats @ 8 kg / 16 kg

10 : Ipsilateral Single Leg Deadlifts @ 8 kg / 16 kg

AFTER EACH ROUND R/L : 20 Jump Squats (other partner holds squat) + 10 Jump Squats (other partner holds squat)

UPPER UNILATERAL CIRCUIT : 3 X RIGHT & LEFT

10 : Half Kneeling Overhead Press @ 6 kg / 14 kg

10 : Single Arm Ipsilateral Row @ 6 kg / 14 kg

10 : Single Side Spider Crawl @ bodyweight
