10 : Alternating Clean + Racked Reverse Lunge @ 20 lbs / 40 lbs (side with DB leg is stable)

20 : Alternating Jump Switch Lunges @ bodyweight

10 : Bilateral Romanian Deadlifts @ 20 lbs / 40 lbs x 2

20 : Alternating Mountian Climbers (R+L = 1)

UPPER/CORE CIRCUIT : 3 X

10 : Alternating Push Press @ 20 lbs / 40 lbs x 2

20 : Alternating Supinated Rows @ 20 lbs / 40 lbs x 2

10 : DB Plank Pull Throughs @ 20 lbs / 40 lbs (from HIGH plank)

20 : Russian Twists @ 20 lbs / 40 lbs
