LOWER UNILATERAL CIRCUIT : 3 X RIGHT & LEFT

10 : Unilateral Racked Squats @ 20 lbs / 40 lbs (DB on WORKING side shoulder)

10 : Reverse Lunge + Single Leg Deadlift @ 20 lbs / 40 lbs (DB on OPPOSITE side, WORKING leg stable)

10 : Goblet Box Squats @ 20 lbs / 40 lbs (DB at chest, WORKING side for on the floor)

UPPER LADDER : 3 X

5 : Single Arm ARNOLD Push Press - LEFT @ 20 lbs / 30 lbs (DB on LEFT side, palm starts facing towards you)

10 : Single Arm Rows - LEFT - 20 lbs / 30 lbs (LEFT foot forward in lunge)

15 : Bilateral Chest Press @ 20 lbs / 30 lbs x 2 (BOTH arms press @ same time)

10 : Single Arm Rows - RIGHT - 20 lbs / 30 lbs (RIGHT foot forward in lunge)

5 : Single Arm ARNOLD Push Press - RIGHT @ 20 lbs / 30 lbs (DB on RIGHT side, palm starts facing towards you)
