10 : Bottom Loaded Bulgarian Split Squats - LEFT @ 30 lbs / 50 lbs (DB in LEFT hand)

10 : Contralateral Staggered Stance Deadlifts - LEFT @ 30 lbs / 50 lbs (DB in RIGHTT hand, RIGHT foot kickstands)

10 : 1.5 Rep SUMO Squats @ 20 lbs / 30 lbs DB

10 : Bottom Loaded Bulgarian Split Squats - RIGHT @ 30 lbs / 50 lbs (DB in RIGHT hand)

10 : Contralateral Staggered Stance Deadlifts - RIGHT @ 30 lbs / 50 lbs (DB in LEFT hand, LEFT foot kickstands)

UPPER/CORE CIRCUIT : 3 X

Partner 1 completes both exercises on RIGHT, Partner 2 holds RIGHT side forearm plank… then on the left

10 : Single Arm Chest Press @ 15 lbs / 30 lbs (legs in tabletop position)

10 : Single Arm PLANK Row @ 15 lbs / 30 lbs (opposite hand on the bench)
