10 : Goblet Reverse Lunges @ 25 lbs / 50 lbs (DB @ chest, WORKING side leg stable)

10 : Forward + Lateral Lunge @ 25 lbs / 50 lbs (WORKING side leg moving, DB in OPPOSITE hand)

10 : Single Leg Romanian Deadlift @ 25 lbs / 50 lbs (WORKING side leg stable, DB on SAME side)

UPPER/CORE CIRCUIT : 3 X

20 : Alternating Chest Presses @ 20 lbs / 35 lbs (feet flat on the floor)

20 : Russian Twists @ 20 lbs / 35 lbs (feet off the floor)

20 : Alternating Mountain Climbers @ bodyweight
