10 : Goblet Reverse Lunges @ 20 lbs / 40 lbs (DB @ chest, WORKING leg stable)

10 : Contralateral Lateral Lunge + Single Leg Deadlift @ 20 lbs / 40 lbs (WORKING side leg MOVING, DB in OPPOSITE hand)

10 : Weighted Single Leg Box Squats @ 20 lbs / 40 lbs (WORKING side foot on floor)

10 : Single Leg Squats @ bodyweight (WORKING side foot on bench)

UPPER/CORE CIRCUIT : 3 X

10 : Chest Flys @ 12 lbs / 20 lbs x 2

20 : Alternating Russian Twists @ 12 lbs / 20 lbs x 2

10 : Weighted Crunches @ 12 lbs / 20 lbs x 2
