15 : Bottom Loaded Bulgarian Split Squats @ 20 lbs / 40 lbs (DB on WORKING side)

15 : Single Leg Glute Bridges @ bodyweight (WORKING side foot on floor)

UPPER/CORE CIRCUIT : 3 X

15 : Bilateral Chest Presses @ 12 lbs / 30 lbs x 2 (feet flat on the floor)

15 : Bilateral Bent Over Rows @ 12 lbs / 30 lbs x 2 (BOTH arms row @ same time)

15 : Triceps Dips @ bodyweight
