10 : Bottom Loaded Split Squats @ 20 lbs / 35 lbs x 2 (WORKING side foot forward)

10 : Racked Bulgarian Split Squats @ 20 lbs / 35 lbs (WORKING side foot forward, DB on WORKING side)

10 : Single Arm Clean + Racked Curtsy Lunge @ 20 lbs / 35 lbs (WORKING side leg stable, DB on WORKING side)

AFTER EACH ROUND R/L: 10 1.5 Rep BANDED Squats + 10 BANDED Squats

+ 10 BANDED Jump Squats + 10 BANDED Abductions)

UPPER CIRCUIT : 3 X

10 : Alternating Arnold Push Press @ 20 lbs / 35 lbs x 2 (standing on both feet)

10 : Bilateral Standing Rows @ 20 lbs / 35 lbs x 2 (standing on both feet)

10 : Bilateral Chest Press w/ Leg Extension @ 20 lbs / 35 lbs x 2 (legs extend as elbows bend)
