UPPER/CORE CIRCUIT : 3 X

5 : Straight Leg Overhead Roll Ups @ 12 lbs / 30 lbs

10 : Tuck Ups @ bodyweight

15 : Bilateral Bent Over Rows @ 12 lbs / 30 lbs x 2
