10 : Overhead Reverse Lunges @ 8 kg (DB on working side, working leg stable)

10 : Arnold Racked Split Squats @ 8 kg (DB on working side, working leg stable)

10 : Ipsilateral Single Leg Deadlifts @ 8 kg (DB on working side, working leg stable)

LOWER DESCENDING LADDER FINISHER:

10 Racked Squats / 10 Squat Thrusters

9 Racked Squats / 9 Squat Thrusters…. all the way down

UPPER/CORE LADDER: 3 X

10 : Half Kneeling Overhead Press - RIGHT @ 8 kg/6 kg (RIGHT knee down, weight on RIGHT side)

15 : Single Arm Lunge Rows - RIGHT @ 8 kg/6kg (LEFT foot forward, weight in RIGHT hand)

20 : Russian Twists @ 8 kg/6 kg

15 : Single Arm Lunge Rows - LEFT @ 8 kg/6 kg (RIGHT foot forward, weight in LEFT hand)

10 : Half Kneeling Overhead Press - LEFT @ 8 kg/6 kg (LEFT knee down, weight on LEFT side)
